Roland Mesnier is the author of three books, Dessert University, Basic to Beautiful Cakes, and All the Presidents Pastries: Twenty Five Years in the White House, A Memoir. Also available is the French translation of the same memoir titled Sucree d'Etat. He is currently at work on a fourth book with the White House Historical Association which is scheduled for release in late 2010.  All of these books are available online and anywhere books are sold.
